Payment

Payment by PayPal is my preferred method of payment.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped 2 days after payment has been made.

Your order will be wrapped and packed securely. Tracking Number will be provided for every order.

International shipping

Please contact us through the contact button or [email protected] before purchasing an item for reservations and costs for shipping.

Refund & Exchange

Unfortunately, Creeping Cats does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please purchase seriously as all sales are final.

Cancellations are not accepted once product has been shipped.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will do my very best to help in any way that I can.
